Megan Allen, LCSW is a mental health therapist with specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and DBT. She is also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, integrating Brené Brown's research on vulnerability, courage, and shame resilience into her work.
Megan owns and operates a private practice in St. George, Utah, where she is passionate about helping clients heal and grow. In addition to her therapy work, she hosts annual women's retreats, Embracing Me, creating space for deep connection and self-discovery.
