We want to invite you and your social work program students to our student town hall series on Thursday, February 15th, from 12 pm-1 pm. This virtual webinar will be focused on this year's legislative session in preparation for the NASW Utah Day on the Hill on February 27th, from 10 am-12 pm.

During this virtual session, we will discuss the bills that relate to social work and provide an overview of the legislative process for students to help them learn how they can get involved and create change at the macro level. This will help them feel prepared to engage in the NASW Utah Day on the Hill if they are able and in legislative processes in general.

During this session, bills are being presented that will significantly impact social work licensure if passed, and it will be important for students and social workers to be aware of their implications..
