NASWUT Chapter 0 607

Diversity and Inclusion - LINK TO SIGN UP FOR NOTIFICATIONS

Third Thursday at 8 AM

The NASW-Utah Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DEI) Committee is committed to advancing a more inclusive and equitable social work profession in Utah. We support social workers from all backgrounds and lived experiences, especially those from historically marginalized communities. Through open and respectful dialogue, we foster a welcoming environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and professionals are empowered to grow and lead.

The committee works to promote inclusive practices across social work programs, agencies, and communities while advocating for policy changes that advance racial, social, and economic justice. We educate, collaborate, and lead efforts to ensure DEI remains central to our profession’s mission and values in Utah. All are welcome to join in building a stronger, more just social work community.
