With over a decade of training students in university settings where Dave was regularly voted as the Educator of the Year Davee has influenced scores of mental health professionals.

BIO: Jason Clawson's journey is a testament to resilience, love, and the enduring power of the human spirit. With 16 years of experience as a dedicated clinical therapist, he brings a wealth of wisdom and compassion to his work.

As the owner of Valley Insight Therapy, Jason provides compassionate care and support to individuals facing a variety of challenges. His expertise spans across various settings, including private practice, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), day treatment, residential treatment, and hospital care. This diverse experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of mental health issues and the ability to tailor treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Jason is also the creative force behind the Hope Kit, a sympathy care package designed to provide comfort to those experiencing grief. His innovative approach to therapy, known as "Pretherapy," has revolutionized the field, offering individuals a unique and engaging way to prepare for the therapeutic process.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jason sits on the board of the non-profit organization "I Love You Bro Project," which offers essential services and support for men's health and well-being.

In 2017, Jason faced the heart-wrenching loss of his son, Hulet, alongside his beloved wife Valerie, who bravely battled stage 4 colon cancer. Despite their unwavering love and Jason's tireless support, Valerie passed away nine months later, leaving Jason and their two sons to navigate profound sorrow.

Amidst his personal and professional challenges, Jason continues to inspire others with his resilience, compassion, and dedication to making a difference in the lives of those he serves. His journey is a testament to the enduring nature of love, the strength found in unity, and the hope that emerges from even the darkest of times.
